Brain Grain Solutions  is the Venture ,founded  by Rakesh Arora , in 2017 . Founder has  been working  in Corporate Sector since 1997 .  He has worked in  Administration, IFC, SOPs, Operations, Audit, Accounts, Budgeting , MIS   & HR verticals. 

He started his career as an Assistant Branch Accountant in Top  Indian Cycle Tyres Manufacturer (250 crores Turnover)

and  rose to the level of Financial Controller & Administrator (FC) of World"s Largest Exporter of Basmati Rice  (Turnover of 6,000 Crores +) where he had been instrumental for implementation of IFC with respect to IPO Listing.

His Educational & Professional Qualifications are  B.Com , MFC , GMIMA .

He is also a Blogger , Story Teller & Motivational Speaker.

Industries Experience :- Retail, Trading, Manufacturing, Real Estate, Media and Entertainment, Healthcare & Rice Industries.

Software Experience :- SAP, Oracle, Sun, Dotnet, Microsoft  Navision, Busy & Tally and has knowledge on Excel Tools,  Google Workspace, Cloud Computing,  Website creation .
