Brain Grain Solutions  is the Venture ,founded  by Rakesh Arora , in 2017 . Founder has  been working  in Corporate Sector since 1997 .  He has worked in  Administration, IFC, Operations, Audit, Accounts  & HR verticals.  

He started his career as an Assistant Branch Accountant  and  rose to the level of Financial Controller & Administrator .

He has experience in dealing with IAS, IPS , Senior Army Officers like Commanders & Multi Billionaire Founders.

His Educational & Professional Qualifications are  B.Com , MFC , GMIMA .

The Founder provides GRIC (Governance, Risk, ITGC & Compliance) Services to Mid size and Large companies who want to scale up operations and want to improve Operational & transactional efficiency in system.

He is also a Blogger , Story Teller & Motivational Speaker.

Industries Experience :- Retail, Trading, Manufacturing, Real Estate, Media and Entertainment, Healthcare & Rice Industries.

Software Experience :- SAP, Oracle, Sun, Dotnet, Microsoft  Navision, Busy & Tally and has knowledge on Excel Tools,  Google Workspace, Cloud Computing,  Website creation .
